She has negotiation skills and experience with many different forms of marketing and sales strategies, together with a broad experience of the Southern African tourism industry. Career History:
· Marketing and Co Manager of Oak Grove Farm self catering, responsible for all marketing, guest liaison, income projections and record keeping. Area representative for liaisons with DWAF and Working for Water Projects for water conservation and alien eradication.
· Stanford Glendower Bird Fair committee member responsible for marketing.
· 6 year partner in Digivid, specializing in sales, client liaison and Internet Marketing, specializing in the hospitality and tourism industry in the Western Cape.
· Helped set up and run adventure holidays throughout Southern Africa, guiding groups of up to 30 people on 24 day tours from basic camping to 5 star luxury. Tours included game viewing and adventure touring thought Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho, Mozambique and South Africa.
· Together with my husband, we set up first aid, safety and rescue guidelines, together with a GPS coordinated route map of the 130km section of Orange River, detailing all rapids, rescue and exit points.

· Competed in a couple of National & International White Water rafting & kayaking events, representing SA women, sponsored by Hunters Gold in 1992-‘94. Captain of 1995 SA Women’s J&B Rare team in the Camel International White Water Challenge.
· 1st woman in the World to kayak the 24km Batoka Gorge on the Zambezi River, Zimbabwe (Grade 4 & 5), without falling out of her kayak. (2nd woman ever to attempt it.) Was amongst the first 50 people ever to attempt it.
